Well, I guess it depends on if you want to play someone you like versus someone who'll really get the plot going?

For the latter, I suggest Black, Norrell, or Vinculus (our interactions would be EPIC). I'd be extremely interested in seeing a Norrell, just to see a person playing a character who's generally not entirely liked. XD

BUT I think it would be pretty damn interesting to see Childermass's BFF Lascelles come back from Fairy all, "Homg you guys I was a champion for a while it sucked ass what are we doing"

I have discovered what I like about all of these characters: they all have people to torment (which is clearly the most necessary part of a good rp experience).

Black is a badass, but I imagine he'd be rather boring to play and I'd get tired of thinking of new ways to say things in the most polite way possible (mainly as it's entirely the opposite of my nature). And, yes, my first thought WAS Sirius. It was a v. sad moment in my life. His interactions/ eventual interaction with the Gentleman would be v. epic, though. I imagine one of my focuses with him would be the Mrs. Brandy thing. And while I find it (omfg totally adorable) I imagine it's no fun for anyone when someone's main choice is the romantic interest.

I briefly considered Drawlight, too, but like you said, he's not really someone who will keep the plot going. Same with Lascelles, although he's pretty fucking badass. He's bound to start some shit one way or another. And damn you for tempting me with the Childermass interactions. And that quote? Is kind of the best thing ever. He does seem like a rather lot of fun to play though. I'm a sucker for the snide, conniving, gentlemanly sort.

You know, I bet he'd come back and order hookers. He'd be a bigger pimp than Jonathan why-Arabella-even-the-boys-like-me! Strange. ...I really don't even know where that came from. MOVING ON.

Norrell... well, he's brilliant. He gets to bother everyone. I can already imagine the journal entries. LONG, EPIC COMPLAINTS between fanboying his IDKBFFJonathan where-did-you-go-I-was-going-to-ramble-for-hours Strange.

And Vinculus... well, he's fucking Vinculus. I like to imagine him living like a king all pampered and shit. "YOU MAY READ ME AFTER MY FOUR O'CLOCK MASSAGE~ Childermass? We're good friends, right? Do you mind... yes, my feet. Massage them. They're starting to ache. You don't want to? Well, I'm not terribly in the mood to be read today~" ...perhaps it's better if I don't play him.

akdjdfklj and now I'm more indecisive. So much fail, so little time.

	Norrell of course would be amazing, but I'll also add Stephen to that. After all, there is no doubt going to be a lot of plottish things for him (and fairy wrangling). Emma Pole would be rad too, hm. Happily the characters are all diverse enough that any would be good, methinks. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	For some reason I read that as fairy strangling and went "bit more up Lascelle's alley there, eh?" And then I saw Black on a gigantic pig with a lasso going after fairies and... well, there's really no excuse I can offer for that mental image.
